Hi

My boat (Chinese one) says main tubes need to be 3.6psi and keel 5.07psi
What do you think the floor needs to be? 3.6psi?

It doesn't say anything about floor in the instructions

The Sib has a Johnson 2 stoke 1999 15hp engine on it.

The SIB is PVC.

I can rule out overheating and non-mixed fuel.

I have a feeling the engine has been stripped and rebuilt.

I recently purchase a 1999 Johnson 2 stoke 15hp engine. Engine looked good inside and under the cover - nice and clean.
