There are 2 drains above waterline, with Stainless steel covers, there is one internal drain in the locker which i can see is not connected to anything. But the innerside of my mistery drain end...

Update: after a discussion with the dealer, i still used the boat after the summer. As he predicted the transom did not further deteriorated.

The boat performs very well, beyond expectation, also...

Just to be clear Boat is from 2012, from a dealer but not brand new. Under Dutch law there is no way to "just give it back", the seller always has a right to repair. So I am afraid repair is my best...

I think the cracks are structural: moving the engine makes them wider, looks pretty...
