I have a yamaha 55hp, the problem I am getting is that when I start the engine and prepare to set off when I go to put a touch of throtte on, both forward or reverse to get out the berth...

never thought of covering the existing cut out :] need to have a gander at it again with that thought in mind, although the cut I think is close to the edge, might make it tricky to smooth down etc...
