Do a lot of watersports with the kids and so adapted an off the shelf ladder from West Marine. Folds away when not in use and standoff legs to keep it off the transom and prevents pinched fingers!

Another advantage is, I can now open the port hatch and visually check the gas level in the " see through " tank ! :thumbs:

Got tired of replacing my trailer mounted one's, so made a rig out of schedule 80 PVC pipe I had lying around.
Quick to slide on and off my guide- ons and a lot more confident that they will work...

Tank installed, as per manufacturer's instructions. Used industrial neoprene pad and strips to cushion tank and allow for expansion. Rigged up hold down "strap"out of some threaded rod .

Tank arrived !

So got the tank, but looks as though the brackets aren't going to work for my application. Seems they are for below deck tank installation and hold from the top. So going to have to rig up a tie down...

Plus I keep 5 gallon backup, under the front "jump seat".

So started removing the old tank today and was surprised how well it went.!
Although I did splash out and buy a "rigid' cut off tool ! Great buy and would really recommend for this work !. Cuts...

At this stage of it's life, I don't want to really throw a lot of money at it.Big bucks over here to have that console cut out/ tank replaced and glassed back in.
Also don't have the time to do it...
