i would have to agree with you. But I'm not sure what steps to take. I don't have the money to hire a lawyer. And besides my auto and home, I don't have an insurance company to work with me on this....

OK…..So I dropped my motor off at Monmouth Marine in Neptune NJ. When I called on the phone (prior to dropping it off), they estimated a price of around $200.00 for winterizing and 30 hour servicing....
