Wouldn't use it as it is, but a bit of gelcoat filler should do it temporarily. It's a pretty quick job, if it's only temporary. :)

If you're only going to leave her in the water for 2 weeks at a time then I don't think it's worth it. Just polish the hull thoroughly (use one of the products designed for dry sailed race yachts)...
