If fuel pressure is twice the operating amount then surely the fuel pressure regulator is at fault purely because this is what controls the line pressure to injectors.

I expect someone didn't have the correct drilling...

I expect someone didn't have the correct drilling jig when engine was originally mounted. They probably hung engine in place and drilled top holes and the just ran the drill though the bottom holes...

Yellow penguin don't do any self drive boat hire anymore. They purely do engineering and boat care work now. They look after my boat and have done for a long time.

Tohatsu 3.5 2 stroke as new condition

I have a like new Tohatsu 3.5 for sale. Engine has been run for approximately 10 hours in its life and is immaculate. Comes with original tool kit and owners manual. Would make a perfect auxiliary.
