How about for picture #4? The seams is it? The hypalon material came off and now the grey layer is showing. Is a patching required? Or can i simply put a coating over it? Thanks again in advance :)

So i just found out that the inside layer is...
So i just found out that the inside layer is neoprene and the layer that is coming off the the hypalon.... =/ therefore is the hypalon peeling off...
Any recommendation on what coating to use?
