Pipes say made in USA guessing a merc, I would run the engine in a bucket with sataway or citric acid, I would also look in the thermostat housing see if it’s salted up

When I had my rib I had coastal pro seats fitted to the original bases I found it made them 3 inches too high so new bases made of Ali ordered meanwhile I cut a slab of closed cell foam 3 inches...

I think it’s the first thing I look for on a boat I don’t always hang on to it but reach out when needed mine is a large carabiner with foam on the handle just behind the console never high lighted...
