I use Mardon Marine which costs £150 a year for £7,500 worth of cover, they seem to be quite reasonable. They also ask that you have a wheel clamp and your engine has a transom lock on it

To be honest I thought that for reliability 4 strokes seem to be the dog's doo dah's, maybe I’m wrong.
I'll certainly look at Tohatsu its one name that never came to mind.
