What difference will a stainless steel prop give to my boats performance compared to a bog standard factory prop? I will a have a 6.4m with 200 Opti on the back - delivery in 2-3 weeks time.

Anyone got any ideas how much fuel one of these outboards will consume running at about 3/4 of the max revs 4000-4500 rpm (Max 5750) in Litres/hr?
