im no total expert but seen boats alike go for £300 range dependant on condition ect
these smaller ones sell better on genral free add sites for first timers or fisherman ect but always sell better...

I could imagine my idea of stitching may work and a spot of glue over each stitch would make airtight again I would give it a try nothing to lose.
