Yes, we've boarded round these parts quite a bit, 'looking to go away somewhere. the mouth of the river Dart is very good but it upsets the Harbour Goons! :@

Gets very busy in the summer - ok early or late though - Elender Cove tucked just inside Prawle point can be ok - a bit small and sometimes lots of moored boats who get the hump with people going round and round!

There is also the river Avon but you need a permit for there and the tide needs to be in!
