That would have been last Wednesday...

...last nice day for a while, it would seem :(

Some piccies down there.

And next Thursday (QE2 visit) looks to be, erm, interesting.

Remember last November?

However; there's always the chance of a winter high - cold as a penguin's to-to-toenail, but flat calm and with visibility to the back of beyond. (Or Belfast Lough, as it's otherwise known around here :D )

So yes is the answer.

(What was the question?)

Nothern Ireland

I had a great run from Inverkip to Cushendall on the 6th Sept, Kilbrannan Sound was flat! Joined by a few porpoises.

Will be bringing the boat back hopefully 8th October when I get back weather permitting, maybe Campbeltown or Tarbert for lunch.

Urgent Help

Dear all

Clutching at straws here. I am a press photographer based in Ayrshire and looking to get out on the clyde tomorrow for the QE2 visit and Red Arrows display.

Are any of you guys going to be out on the water and have a spare space for an extremely desperate snapper?

If you can help can you shoot me an email at office@kevinpaterson.co.uk

A bottle of your favorite spirit will be joining me for anyone who can help.

thanks in advance.
