Zodiac Yachtline 380 Replacement Tubes

Hello fellow RIB owners.. I'm getting ready to launch my yachtline 380. Over the years.. I've had some of the electronics replaced and the seats re-cushioned. Last year while on the dock a rough storm chewed up some of the fabric while it was docked which was patched. In addition I'm having a hard time cleaning the greyish/blue mold off the tubes. Last year I spent about 40 hours cleaning the mold only for it to come back a week later (someone posted a great mold cleaning guide here which was very helpful!).

I'm just not happy with the way the tubes look anymore. Looking to see if I can avoid a 5500 expenditure on a new set if there's good condition used tubes out there. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks everyone.

Hello,

What year of YL 380?

I happen to have some YL 420 tubes that can be shortened.

where are you located?

Basically the cones need to be removed and have the body of the tubes shortened.
It’s about a full days job.

No matter how you slice it,
You need to spend some money.
You could always go with some cheaper pvc tubes.
I can order you a set...
