Wanted: 6m rib

Right back from hols so on the lookout for a new rib.
  • Needs side by side jockey seating at least for the helm +1.
  • 6m ish but could go slightly higher as long as it can be towed behind a Seat Exeo ST (basically a 2wd Audi A4 under a diff badge, I believe it's towing cap is 1800).
  • Budget is 15-17k but could go a bit higher for the right boat
  • Would like, if possible, a little bit of leisurey-ness in the seating but still a capable sea boat (Ballistic?). Can let this one slide for the right boat though.

We're based in Yorkshire so for boats in the south I'd like, if poss, to get multiple viewings organised for a single weekend.

Cheers,

Dan

Hi Dan,

I have a very nice 6.5 m Humber Destroyer with a Suzuki DF175 TX four stroke. It has a single helm, but the stainless steel cylinder rack could easily be removed and replaced with additional seating. See my ad in the "for sale" section.

Regards,

Brian

Thanks Brian, unfortunately the side by side console is pretty much the only non-negotiable part of the whole deal.

Good luck getting her sold though. BTW your Tumblr shortcut just takes me to a login page and I'm not a member. Might be worth uploading some pics to the forum?

Cheers,

Dan

Come and see my ballistic 7.2. New tubes, new electronics, trailer overhaul and the best bit - 2 side by side singles + 2 x triples behind. £16k.

I'll get it weighed for you if you're interested.

Have sold my 4x4 and been launching off a volvo estate no problems.

Hi Clam Chowder ........... You can't go wrong by looking at my Valiant 570 (says 575 typo!) on the Ribs for sale section of Rib Net.
Great boat just been main dealer serviced.......and in great order.
It is also advertised with Boat Shed Poole at £10,250.00 but I am open to sensible offers.
You can view more pics on their website Poole boat sales - used boats and yachts for sale | Boatshed Poole
Good luck with you search for a Rib...
