Have you done your homework on this one? 
A rib that'll do 90mph+ in a sprint might not be the best boat to race around the UK.
What's your budget?

That is just silly suggesting a SR4 for this sort of trip. SR5.4 is the minimum needed for the RB 2012

Two pensioners travelled around the Highlands and Island in about 89 time in a similar sized rib. That trip lead to the Round Scotland races and the formation of BIBOA.
