Searching for new rib

Mantaray

Only one choice, Redbay.

See if you can get your hands on a canopy version. It gives you the shelter when required and can convert into an open boat when the weather is good enough.

We are on our second Redbay and get great use out of our boat. The shelter allows us to extend both our range and our season allowing us to cover ground that would not have been safe or comfortable in an open boat.

Enjoy.

Rgds

mmm... not sure that there is only one choice. For a start it would seem premature to dismiss excalibur which have a similar style but are actually closer to IoM (and seem to have a following in the south of ireland). And of course there are other boats which meet the suggested spec - and some are more likely to do so within the requested budget.

Mantaray - are you looking to sleep on board - that will make a significant difference to your options.
