Yes I know what you mean. Before we turned to sibbing (when I decided to stop trailering) we had the boat below... 20hp and sporty hull design. Only the same length as the Aerotec but so roomy.... about 5kts faster on the same HP... accurate straight line and turn ability... lovely clean wake... easy plane transition... but it wouldn't fit in the boot!

Bought for £850 with trailer and sold for £1250 after gradual refurb during my ownership... great fun and huge value.

So yes I can see the attraction of a hard hull.





Fenlander, Bonwitco 300?

Always fancied 1 of those and I have a spare 15hp 2 stroke not getting used ....

Yep deck drain, only works when on the plane, (or least with the flooding hull empty).

69CMW yes a With 300. Amazing efficient hull. They look like a rowing boat but go like a speedboat. Obviously with that flat hull towards the stern they are not RIB like but still capable of getting along well in a moderate sea.
