Talk to Versadock in Lymington, you'll save money by buying a clone but the originals are far superior and will keep more of the boat out of the water. I have one and less then a centemetre of the hull isn't dry and I don't have any trouble getting the boat off the dock, no need for a winch either.

Fantastic company to deal with, selling a great product.

I was looking at these down at Southampton Boat Show. I have 6m Rib which I keep on a swinging mooring. Was wondering if anyone has experience of using one of these on a swinging mooring, how easy is it to drive the boat on, I see what you say about not needing a winch but wondered if it is on a mooring whether you might need a winch, how hard is it to push it off again etc. Any advice gratefully received.

The versadock is more expensive, is it really worth the extra money?

How easy is it to put together?
