Pretty rare boats. (We had an r9) if your coming from a scorpion think carefully about the change.

Jbt had an r10 for sale for a long time?

Cougars

Thanks mate do you think the scorpion is a better boat than the cougar r8 it's the same hull as the race cougar 27,
Was going to buy Revenger 29 with a 315 Yanmar but to much turbo lag,
44 knots that's it, but nice looking boat,
I want to spend around £30,000 on a rib the revenger was 38 but not the speed
If you know of any thing please let me know
Rgds Steve

Such different boats. Apples oranges and bananas, diesel, petrol etc. Not even similar hull lengths. That said they are all a good boat. I think all r8's are outboard powered. R9s like hens teeth, R10s tend to be non stepped 315's and slower than that reveneger and beamy too. Revenges corner like they are on rails. Cougar stepped hulls sound surprisingly hollow in comparison to a Scorpion but nice layouts. Stepped hull scorpion is good alrounder if you want speed and rough water. A cougar or revenger doesn't compare in that department. Revenger stepped hulls are bloody fast. Faster than scorpion without a doubt.

Depends what you want out of a boat
