6-7 mtr rib wanted

6mtr plus rib
going to have to move the goalposts ,I seem to be looking for a rib that people who have them seem to hang onto them ,I am wanting a good safe sea rib that will cope with north sea waters so if any one is thinking of selling up or upgrading now or at the end of season , pref 6.50 mtrs no bigger than 7 mtrs I don't have the room , I do not mind placing a deposit and wait till end of season for the right boat

still waiting for that elusive rib ,just missed my ideal rib from kb boatpark ,a black humber with diesel inboard named sea devil , has anyone on here purchased the rib ?suppose I will have to wait till the weather changes and it gets too cold for ribbing

Hi there, just about to advertise a 6m Delta, twin 90 hp yamaha. two seats. Loads of work done on it by Delta, engines overhauled recently. Has a serious 4 wheel braked trailer. Currently afloat in Brighton Marina. It belongs to my brother and a good friend. Been used over last few years as a sea swimming club safety boat. I believe that photo's etc will be posted on e bay later today.

thanks for reply will keep my eye on e bay , I am trying to arrange a trip down south to view some ribs shortly ,all the nice ribs seem to be down south ,maybe guys up north don't change ribs they have as often ,I have been shown some really nice ribs up to now

I have a 2007 Marlin 19 with a Honda 150 that is two years old and only done 33 hours with remainder of manufactures five year warranty .The trailer is galvanised fully roller coaster with swing arms and has never been submerged. It was bought two years ago along with all new electronics ,two Garmin Chartplotter linked with GMDS Radio and depth sounder,it has a bathing platform at the rear with a rinse off shower and steps.loads of storage space in lockers . Electric compressor to nlow up the tubes and suck them down again for storage or transport. Anchor fitted to roller system for immediate deployment,octoplait warp that doesnt tangle,chain,anchor locker ,oars,warps,bathing cushions,seat cushions,stand up with back rest or sit down seat driving bench seat,fenders,radar reflector,extra GPS external ariel as well as built into the machines,It will take the North Sea very well and has plenty of room in it behind very large tubes that are bent upwards towards the front. It has a stepped hull with a flooding compartment which self drains under way. It can be launched / recovered single handed with the two speed winch and self centering rollers on the trailer,This makes the boat very stable at rest.it is only at Sleaford Lincs and can be seen any time to suit. hi thanks for reply ,I have just been looking at a marlin 19 with a Honda 150 on it advertised on boats and outboards , the guy in Lincolnshire has it advertised at £ 18 grand ,sounds just like yours , have they shot up in value ?,I will give it a miss but many thanks for replying

I will be putting my Camel Ribtec 6.55 up for sale soon, needs a bit of tidying after the season, well equiped boat, Yamaha 200 HPDI 2004 with around 100 hrs. long range cruising, quite happy to sell her as is or after Ive done all the little jobs required. Trailer has no brakes and is just used for launching, but these will be repaired if reqired. I've got a 6.55m camel trophy ribtec with a 2 year old mercury verado (200hp) that still has a three year warranty on it that i'm looking to sell, it does need retubing but getting it done this summer if I don't sell it first, the boat is an excellent rough weather boat, I've been out in a force 8 a couple of times and she handles the rough weather perfectly, I've had lots of work done on the boat and unfortunately selling it as I'm moving but do get in touch for more details if your interested
