6.5-7m Rib wanted - Budget £22.5k

Looking for a good 6.5-7m Rib for boating around the western isles.
Needs to be good in the rough stuff, Ribeye, Ribtec, V'max etc. (I would go for a
6.5m Redbay but just could not live with that explorer seat/console arrangement).
A decent range on a tank would be also be very helpful. Not a big fan of ETECs.

Cheers.

Alan S.

Yeah, it's got the explorer console. Also needed a bit of TLC
when I looked at it.
There was a 6.5 Ribcraft advertised in Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago but I got no response from the seller so I suspect it'd been sold.

I went to see that ribcraft, I offered the guy more than he wants now and he never took it.

He also refused to sea trial even if i paid for it, infact he refused to even let me hear the engine running as it was winterised, I even offered to pay for that too.....still wouldn't do it. I mean fogging oil is hardly a ball buster, it certainly burst all chance he had of getting 24k from me right enough.

Great nick boat though as it was well looked after.

I also went to see that redbay, was very rough IMO but not bad money and worth fixing if that was your bag.

Cheers

diesel

We thought long and hard about a diesel set up (particularly for the west coast)
but decided on an outboard for all the usual reasons.

Cheers

I've got a fine 7.5 mOsprey Vipermax you could have for about that... Low hours 250 ETEC with full service history...

Would you consider a 6.1 metre ribtec 2012 with a Yamaha 115 in virtually new condition? 40 hours total, if so pm me.
