Zodiac SOLAS Rescue Boat

I'm looking at purchasing an older Zodiac RIB similar to the RIBO 450 (link below). It's SOLAS rescue boat that would have seen use on a commercial vessel for handling lines, man over board etc.

I'm curious if anyone here has ever used one of these first hand or converted one for civilian service? My thought would be a 30-40hp stroke and jockey console additions, not sure how it would perform or if anything on this style of boat would prevent such a conversion.

Use of this boat would be on the Great Lakes.

Link went nowhere for me, 4.50m boat needs more like a 50-60hp in my opinion. My only 5.2m 350kg zodiac feels underdun with a 70hp.
