zodiac mk 6 hd

hi :

i had plans of buy a mark 6 hd 7.0 (23 feet). boat mostly will be used to cruise and snorkeling on the west coast of puerto rico , how much do you think i can pay for one of those in average condition , boat only , no motor, no trailer, only with the aluminum floor and a gas tank. also the boat does not had the wood keel piece to make the v shapped of the bottom. does that is still available new or how much will cost a used one or a person that do that piece ? i will see the boat this next week for inspection.
what is the most expensive and critical part of the boat should i take a good looK. ? the owner told me the transom is at good shape..
those valves are stil available ? sorry for too much questions but i dont want to get in a project that will stop later for the missing pieces or discontinued items... sorry for my english is not very good... thanks in advance,
