It's a great idea and wish you well , I have been stung on doing Instructor courses in return for 2 x courses run, when I phone it'sorry mate if only you had asked me last week blah blah blah.

name and shame, as i said, it can only happen with proper stand up people, it's a shame these bad apple's make everyone wary about entering into such an agreement, in the old day's the whole country did it, and in small villages and communities it's still very common

I saw that offer Tim and all I can say is if it had been me I would jump at the oppurtunity to use the skills I have been taught. I accept all the courses I can from the Uni and try not to let them down as it affects whether I get the call next time. Still, not all people work like that.
I too have been stung in the past, rigging boats in the middle of the night as a favour for a show or late delivery etc then payment is delayed or conveniently forgotten. As with anything there are always those that take the p**s!
