xd 50 oil

I am after a couple of gallons of xd 50 two stroke oil if somebody on here would like to sell some . its not for me its for Mike whitham for the great work he has done on the transom of the Humber , but if I get oil he will come on the Anglesey run

Hi,

You might struggle to get XD50 as most of the engines that use that (particularly E-Tec's) are now using XD100. We bought the last lot from quinquari and they said they would not be stocking any more as they were now advising customers to switch to XD100.

JBT (Trafalgar Wharf) did have some in stock last time I asked, so you might try them.

Can't say as I've seen XD50 for sale for quite a while, any good quality TCW3 oil will substitute for XD50, 'tis the same stuff. If you really want to pamper your engine, leave it set to TCW3, but run XD100 through it.
