Quite right John.

Plus, I believe it may eventually have the benefit of relieving that age old ribsters problem of having an itchy arse whilst wearing a drysuit and multiple layers of clothing and not being able to scratch it properly.

(Sorry to lower the tone, but what the hell its nearly Christmas!)

Incidently this unique preserving techinque doesn't work nearly so well with fruit pastels - tends to melt the sugar on the outside!
