Winter storage near Christchurch, Dorset?

Looks like my parents-in-law are selling up so my days of free boat storage are rapidly coming to an end. Any ideas where I could keep my boat in the off season?

Strides is the boat yard by Mudeford Sailing Club (the green barge).
To get to it you go down Argyle road (by stanpit fish and chip shop) and turn left at the bottom when you come to the slipway.

Edit:

Stride Boatyard
The Watch House,
20, Coastguard Way, Mudeford, Christchurch, Dorset, BH233NR
