'Wide' rubber grommets and VHF mount questions

Anyone know where you can get rubber grommets designed for thick wall tubing - ie, like the normal electrical type but with an inner ring that will sit on 4mm thick aluminium tubing - for the wiring on an aluminium alloy A frame?

Also looking for a mount for a Pacific antenna - the proper part is P6080 as below but needed in a hurry and wondering if any plumbing part might do it??!

www.grommets.co.uk claim to go up to 1/4" thickness.

that looks like a fairly ordinary "gland" which unless the size is obscure you can pick up at Maplin (or probably numerous other places much cheaper - but not open on a Sat PM!)
