While reading his profile did you notice that Mr Fuller has 2x 325HP engines, yet you claim earlier in this thread he would be unable to handle 500HP! I know Fuller can be a bit of a FGT sometimes, one thing we can be sure of is that he can handle a powerful boat!

ADS- yes afterwards. So felt a bit of a prat.., But they are inboards, OBs are
more difficult due to weight alocation - hence the trim tabs

JF will have to look it up as can't remember and the only person who knows is at Nieuwport and I am stuck in Brussels today.

OK, I'll help.

Both the 2 stroke 250, and the HPDI 250 share the same ratio (16:29, or 1.8125:1), as far as I know, they're not offered with any options, as it would be easier to change the prop!

iF i REMEMBER - they aint anyway near to that given in the spec. These engines were re worked by Yamaha - due to software upgrades and were in fact shipped backed to them

I'd bet a fiver (big spender) that they are indeed 1.8125:1

garf - 52 knts in a 6 aint anything special. Waves were 150 cms high and the boat just love it. Driver went a bit pale. On getting into Oostende harbour put the boat nearly on its side.
Trying to find a suitable temp. mooring the only free place was this kind of large fendered hardboat- and in all innonsense threw a line.It turned out to be the Harbour police and they then went to town on the ships papers.
The only thing that was a problem was that the VHF disc had come off the cabin side window, and had to spend some time trying to find it.

JONNY FULLER - bet you cant put your boat on its side- thats why a RIB is great - you can get it to stand on its head!!!!!!!!!!!
