Hi,

Does anyone know who now owns Halmatic? I believe they used to build the Atlantic 75 RIB back in the 90's, but I can't seem to find any trace of them now???? I know they went "bust" at some time, but I'd imaging the name was sold on.

Any info greatly received

Pretty sure they were taken in by BAE. Might be worth asking the guys at Henshaws who I'm sure still make the collars for them.

Exactly. They were VT Halmatic at one point. VT then became part of BAE

Halmatic built the 21's but don't think they ever did the 75's?
I know Souters on the IOW built the 75's at some point but think they have gone bust now?
