As far as I know the tyre sealants work on centrifugal force. So don't think it would work well in a rib.

its multi fibers in a liquid that block the hole once its in there its a bugger to get out for any permanent repairs and i would think the pressure is too low in a tube to keep it sealed plus the fabric thickness isn't that thick
