Which tube glue for Avon Adventure?

Strip on my Avon Adventure appears to be coming loose at the back.

Any ideas which glue would be suitable to stick it back?

Thanks.

The boat is CSM and the rubstrake is PVC. Cross bonding is required.

The tube looks hypalon so i would Bostik on the tube..... But the rubbing strake looks PVC so use PVC on that ... use PVC on the rubbing strake as a primer then use Bostik on the tube then use Bostik to bond together and use a roller... Also of course the key behind all of this is to prep the surface very well on both .. I would clean all old glue off and try to resand then prim.... and use thinners to degrease..
