Where to find a plastic pin for a Zodiac?

Hi

I'm not even sure what it is called, but the strapping on my zodiac goes through a slot and is secured in place by a capped plastic pin that goes through a loop at the end of the strapping. One of these pins is missing.

Could anyone advise on where to find this part? I can pobably get a shackle of somethings else to do the job but the proper pin would be much nicer.
