It's a bit 'out there' in the colour dept. Good value though.

Still think we should take a look at that Tornado, it fits the bill perfectly.

Ok Ok I get it . I know you are all correct ,

Iam not so bothered about performance , more good sea keeping . I don't really care if it does 35 or 40 knots and would rather have some economy so I can get to Scilly as often as possible .
A 4 stroke is a must for me but even though I may say iam not bothered , playing in a rough sea will for sure be high on my fun list .
Also I want a boat I can keep in the drive at home so I guess 5.5 is absolute max size .

I'll think you'll find that it's sold. A guy was having a test run in it and tied up next to us on the pontoon at Mylor. I did a bit of 'bigging up' Ribcraft and he looked at me like an idiot.

If he's gonna spend that kinda money, Mike100 has a superb 5.3 with a 90 Mariner advertised on here for a grand less.

How pi**ed off am I .

The tw guy with the yellow ribcraft promised me first refusal if I got there saturday . I spent a while on the phone and had it all organised . Both My missus and I have wasted hours today to get cash out in a hurry . I get home ring the guy just now to say I have cash and get final directions and he says he has sold it to a guy from Scotland who sent the money without seeing the boat .

Alan with the 4.8 ribcraft in Hereford you are a total A Hole I only hope your boat was dishonest as you and you did me a favour >

The grand less is the 2 X twin jockeys that are missing from that boat - they are 500 a piece to have them fitted at build time by Ribcraft.

Ian has 2 crew so seating for at least 3 is essential.

They are pricey though.

I had a chat with ian the other evening - hes not desperate to grab the first thing he sees - waiting till september / october may well reveal some fantastic end of season bargains.

That tornado is a 94 hull and has aparently spent the vast majority of its life being kept in the water...

12 years in the drink i wouldnt buy it myself...

EDIT - ok correction - he obviously is desperate to grab the first boat he sees
