Nevertheless:

Remove engine
Strip and clean carbs, new seals, strip oil pump, new seals, new impellor, flush oil system, change gear oil, etc, etc.
Remove console
Complete rewire
Flocoat deck
Flip hull, polish and fix any previously unseen blemishes
Restore brakes to trailer (contentious, I know)
New seat backs
New grab handles, paddle pouches, etc - thanks to all who have dug out bits and bobs - you know who you are!
Clean tubes

etc

etc.

This will be a slow burn guys so bear with me!

Only took an hour to get this little beggar off with a drill, chisel and lump hammer! I think I'll buy a new Yamaha engine bolt lock when I remount the engine because it was a stubborn little devil....

Box of valuable bits!
Some shiny bits here Tony

Will see if I can get them to you next week,,,,

Shiny bits installed

Well, it's been a few days and in case you thought I was slacking, here's some evidence to the contrary!

The shiny bits that Nugent kindly sorted for me are now installed, A frame rewired, nav lights fitted, antenna fitted, cable run sorted, anti-slip completed, hydraulic helm fitted (but not yet connected up) vibration plate fitted, stainless polished and new upholstery bolted in place

By the end of this week I'm hoping to have the console bolted back in position, the steering, radio, lights and all electrics connected and the engine remounted and all tickety boo.

Oh dear. Something seriously Freudian going on here; I meant to type 'transom plate'!

Don't ask.
