What to pair a 25 HP Yamaha with?

I'm new to inflatables. I have a motor just collecting dust in my garage. I would like to pair it with a boat for not too much money. I would use it to go out to nearby reefs for diving or snorkeling. Any suggestions on what I should be looking for, and where I should be looking? I live in South FLA.

I used to have a Yammie 25hp (short-shaft) paired with a Zodiac MKIIC GT. Great combination. What about a Zodiac Futura MKII with HD (aluminium floor) which adds a little weight. Perfect for two-up, but also okay with just you, as long as you weight the bow with a bag of sand!

Looks good. On the plus side it's hypalon, so no worries regards the temperatures you're likely to experience in Florida. Over-sided tubes add buoyancy, but if you look at the hull it's a very shallow V, so it will slap in anything other than a slight swell. You really need to try before you buy. Go to your local harbour/boat ramp and see who's launching what. I never had a Zodiac Futura, (Zodiac GT and Zodiac Pro) but those that did used to rave about the handling characteristics.

What's then engine by the way... 2 or 4-stroke? Please say 2-stroke!

Here's a Fastroller with Yammie 25hp.

I'm not sure actually if its 2 or 4.

Besides here, what are the best websites for RIB shopping, both new and used?
