What spoils it for me is the fact I am looking at the photo, not in the photo.

Is it also the fact that the boarding ladder has been left extended and does not reach the pontoon.? Maybe it is where they make non desirables walk the plank.

The boarding ladder is resting on the ribs engine. Won't be able to hinge it down.
