I can see your point now. Maybe I should have elaborated too. There are definitely more ribs out there than Ribeye or Cobra, however most of them are out of my price & practicality range for the needs I have currently. I'd love a Shearwater cabin rib for example, or any of the ones you mention could be considered too

But, for the time being my needs versus budget points me towards these two ribs. Everyone is different.

The OP asked for advice on a Cobra & then for suggestions on family ribs with bench seat type arrangement. I thought it sounded like my initial requirements so offered advice.

I'll leave it to the hardened extreme sea riding RIBnet massive to offer soft cruising advice from now on.

Personally, Cobras and those other things are not my bag but hey, someone has to like 'em.
