There's a lot of it about!
Couldn't see the numbers on the cowl in your third pic?

Same as yours, by the look of things.

All components sourced separately and I'll be assembling it myself.

Man...you must have been a good boy last year! I have a feeling that even if the weather goes totally freaking mad there will be at least one RIB at sea pretty soon!

Waiting for a sea trial is just not an option, is it?

Which console is that?

Seriously thinking about getting a vipermax 6.5 myself. Which console is that? Where did you source the boat from? - any problems?

Thanks
Richard

Saving?

How much do you think you will save by assembling and setting-up on your own?

I am planning to do this with a 5.3m Humber Assault next year, possible with a 75 ETEC and it seems to me that dealers to quite good package deals as if you are buying everything from them they are likely to give you a better price.
I am also building the consoles myself.

Are you sourcing a lot of stuff Direct from manufacturer?

I would think there has to be some savings as you are doing the work yourself, but if you factor in your hours maybe not that much.

Yes where possible buying direct

I think there are savings to be made and you also get the advantage of having a custom setup and knowing how your RIB is put together. You have to way up the pros and cons in doing it both ways. I acually enjoy the build process.

Actually santa brought me a row of vines in Bordeaux - I might take a BananaShark over to pick up the 48 bottles of wine in June though!
