What are inflatable trim tabs called?

The ones you see at the back of RIBS that look like seal flippers but inflate.

On a few of the modern inflatable floor v hulled sibs the floor is extended by about 20cm past the back of the transom. This gives a longer hull length overall and reall helps the boats to plane with smaller engines or if the boat is heavily loaded.
