Did you? I've not found it good for TIG. I use Pureshield Argon for TIG and Argoshield Light for MIG. I also use the Pureshield for MIG stainless at a push - as in, oh fek I forgot to get gas - but its a cold slightly spattery weld, still sound though.

Pureshield thats what i was thinking of! As for NOS4R2 using Argoshield, well his memory isn't what it used to be now he is nearly "over the hill"

We did actually use argoshield. It's likely it was down to budget constraints though.
