Also paid extra pennies to have additional wear patches and prv's fitted to new rib on order, build slot November...yippee! First rib so ever so slightly excited.
Both worthwhile additions me thinks! 😀

Yeah, I'm really pleased with the job done, and I'm quite picky when it comes to neat and tidy. Also got them to fit a bow fairlead ( just the usual open d shape fender type).
For anyone in the Clyde / West Coast area I can recommend Ribs Marine Services at Clynder on the Gare Loch based on the work I had done 👍🏻

Hi Nordburg, there's a few places down South might be worth talking to. 1 in Sligo and 1 just S of Drogheda. If you talk to the guy in Sligo he'll tell you about the other one if it's nearer.

Couple of people in the Preston Area (SIT, Eurocraft)
Not sure if Humber will touch other brands, pretty sure Northcraft will (both Hull)
In Scotland Ferry Marine in Livingston do tube work, and RIBs marine on the (upper) Clyde.

A forum search should give you an idea of how happy people have been with their work. For the extra half hour each way in your position I'd probably cross the Penines to get someone who just does tubes to do the work.

Only a tiddler in rib world, but upsizing from sib land so a decent upgrade for us.
Going for an XS500 from XS Ribs with a Mariner 60 on the back.

Eurocraft are now in Manchester and I dont know if they are doing anything on ribs any longer.

We are ex Eurocraft and based in Chorley, close to junction 8 of the M61,
