Finally settled for these bags, 100% waterproof for documents and almanacs. Should hold all you need for any inspections

Don't trust your life to them, I was using their larger dry-bags for waterproof clothing etc. One had 2 brand new expensive auto lifejackets in, they got wet enough to auto inflate. Not the end of the world in itself but as the jackets were in a bag and couldn't inflate properly they both went pop

cheers for updates, I see they grade all their bags according to waterproof levels, any idea what yours was rated for.

The bags I picked are mid range but must (hope) be better than previous options which after hosing down ruined almanacs and a couple of copy docs

They were class 3, same as yours. The bag was in an under deck locker, an inch or 2 of water got in through the waterproof hatch before getting in to the waterproof bag
