I'm looking for someone around the southampton area to fabricate some tubular stainless steel items and polish them also looking for a decent upholsterer can anyone recommend someone????

I've found Stainless Steve to be good. He's at Lymington. Solent Covers are in the same industrial units, although I do not know how good their work is (yet!).
