Visit to Ribquest

Recently visited ribquest to discuss a possible upgrade to a 7m+ rib, while i was there i had a look at a new 4.8m that they had just completed ready to be shipped to the channel islands... This must be the ultimate sub 5m rib.. I was told it weighed over 800kg's inc engine (new suzuki 70) and apparently rides more like a 6m at 35knts!
My thoughts are to go for a 7.3m to be built over the winter, just got specs and colours to decide.

Looks nice. Is there only one support on that radar reflector though? Can't see that staying attached long...

Interesting if you had the money for 4.8m boat + £ 5000 for Ullman seats - would you go that way or go for the longer boat and normal seats?

The 4.8m with normal seats and the £5000 for other things!
I know what you mean though.
