Vinyl Seat repair

What is the best way to repair this Jocky seat. Not worried what it looks like I would just like the hole mended.

Thanks

Can't repair a tear in vinyl on a jockey without stitching in a new section. Jockey seat cushion needs to be taken off and re-upholstered. Once it's off you'll probably find it's just as cost effective to get the whole thing redone. get some quotes.
Upholstery Re-Trim

You could try Aquasure, it can work well if the rear is not “open”

Spinaker tape will do the job, but I'd be looking at getting it re done. Polar Bears do a great recover service.
