VHF course near bristol?

I am looking to get my VHF qualification, so does anyone know where I can get on a course near Bristol.

I'd second the Compass Sea School suggestion, Geoff and the guys down there are excellent.

If the two schools already mentioned can't accommodate
have a look at the RYA website for schools in your area
www.rya.org.uk

Sure you will find something although a recommendation from others will usually make up your mind.

Near Bristol but in wales!! I can recommend Tiger Bay Training. I did my PB2 and VHF very good service - oh and good coffee!

VHF Course Tips - As long as you know your Phonetic Alphabet and the difference between Mayday and Pan Pan, you'll be fine.....

Thanks Scrumdown, course completed today, and yes the service and coffee were good! i can now second your recommendation.
