damn that is sad news, i was looking forward to seeing the dolphin this spring. I guess he just got too friendly and got too close to the boat and came a cropper. I am so glad it was not my prop he ran into as i would have felt terrible. Maybe he will pull round, you never know

He did used to get scarily close; I think he liked the feeling of the air bubbles that the propeller kicked out.

So called experts say that you should slow right down etc to avoid hitting marine mammals - notice what hit him - a TUG!!!

RIBs and jetskis etc he had no problems with!!!

Think about the size of prop the tug is swinging and how much of a vortex it's creating and he didn't have much chance really!
